I did some nice sketches in my book of pineapples, so I thought that before it went properly mouldy, I'd cut it in half and do another ink drawing of it. Once I'd drawn the outline with dip pens, I brushed in most of the colour, but I think that I still managed to get a nice variety of marks out of it. The ends of the leaves, the core of the fruit, and the marks away from it.
